In 2011, Ingram Readymix began incorporating a fuel surcharge to all orders. The surcharge is determined in accordance with the following schedule, and will be added to all invoices.
An additional $5.00/per load surcharge per $0.25 average diesel price will be added if the average diesel price exceeds the above scale
Average Diesel Price will be determined on the first day of each month and maintained for the remainder of the entire month. Average Diesel Price will be defined as the “Weekly Gulf Coast No 2 Diesel Ultra Low Sulfur (0-15 oon) Retail Sales” reported by U.S Energy Administration at www.eia.doe.gov for the last week of the previous month.
All loads will be subject to the per load surcharge regardless of the load size
